Alloy steel globe valve suppliers in UAE

What are alloy steel valves?
The alloy steel material is a type of steel which is alloyed with more than one element, like chromium, manganese, molybdenum, and so on. The alloying elements help to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy steel valves, like strength, wear resistance, hardness, and sturdiness. The alloying elements and their percentage in the composition would decide the exact properties of the valve. There are different types of valves and they come with their own features and properties, like:
- The alloy steel gate valve can be opened by lifting the barrier or gate out of the fluid path.
- The alloy steel plug valve has conically tapered plugs which can be rotated inside the valve to control the fluid flow.
- The alloy steel butterfly valve is mostly used in applications where there is a space constraint.
- The alloy steel check valve helps to prevent the backward fluid flow.

Difference between one way, 2 way, 3way, 4 way and 5 way Alloy steel ball valve
The one way alloy steel ball valve has a body and the end connections are formed from a single material piece.
The two way ball valve is most commonly used and it comes with two ports, one inlet and one outlet, along with a ball that has bore in it.
The three way alloy steel flanged ball valve has three ports connected to the pipe so that the given media can pass through it.
Similarly, the four and five way alloy steel full port ball valve has four and five ports, respectively for establishing the connection.
Difference between Threaded, Flanged, Welded Alloy steel globe valve
The threaded alloy steel globe valve comes with an external or internal thread on the body of the valve.
The flanged globe valve uses a gasket between the flanges of the valve along with a pipe for sealing the joint.
The welded globe valves are used for joining a given section of the pipe together. It can also join flanges/fittings to a pipe or buttweld end / socket-weld end valves to a wide range of piping components.
