A  copper nickel flange  is a protruded lip or rim that provides support and stability to different applications. These flanges have good corrosion resistance properties and low macrofouling rates. Class 150 and 300 are pressure classes of a copper nickel composite flange . The class 300 cuni flange is designed to work in higher pressure and temperature applications. The class 150 flange is designed with less metal and is suited for lower temperature and pressure systems. A class 300 copper nickel threaded flange is more expensive than the 150 class flange.

A copper nickel blind flange is a device that is used to cut the flow of media in the system. These flanges are blanks that are inserted at the ends of the hydraulic system.
