What is UTP 3545 NB?
UTP 3545 NB is a grade of welding electrode and wires used in extreme heat-resistant environments. The American Welding Society (AWS) of UTP 3545 NB is AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-4. These consumables are manufactured accordance to E Ni Z 6701, and EN ISO 14172 standard. These Electrode is specifically manufactured to weld all nickel alloy centrifugal casting parts and tubes.
UTP 3545 NB Filler Wire can be use to weld Inconel, Hastelloy, and Incoloy grades. TIG and MIG welding process are used for the Petrochemical, chemical plants, power industry, and offshore applications. These UTP A 3545 Nb TIG welding rods are suitable for welding in high temperature and corrosion-resistant. UTP Welding Rod comes in various sizes from 1mm to 2mm in TIG & MIG types. While, UTP TIG rod can also manufactured in 2.4mm and 3.2mm diameter. During the welding process post heat treatment and preheating is not required, however there should be a temperature limit up to 150 Degree C.
