High Nickel Alloy Rods are produced in small diameter up to 0.25″ or less. While Nickel Alloy Round Bars are manufactured in large diameter in a range of 0.25″ to 20″ or larger. These bars are mainly produced via cold drawn and hot rolled process.
High Nickel Alloy Bar are mainly sold in shape of rounds, square, flat, and hex. All these Nickel Round Bar comes in Annealed, Cold Drawn, Hot Rolled, Black, Bright, Tempered, Pickled, and Quenched Conditions. Among these Cold Drawn Nickel Bars and Rods known for a better surface finish and mechanical properties. Pure Nickel Bars are used to manufacture bolts, nuts, fasteners, shafts, engine and auto parts, and other industrial components.

Nickel Alloy Hex Bar can maintain their strength in High-Temperature from 600°C to 1100°C. 99.9% high purity Pure Nickel Bar and rod have very good corrosion resistance and used for chemical processing. There are many grades of Nickel Alloy Bright Bar which are used in aerospace because of their non-magnetic properties such as Ni 200, 201, 600, 625, and C276.
