Incoloy 800 is a super austenitic stainless steel grade. The Incoloy 800 Plate is designed with a chemical composition of chromium, nickel, iron, manganese, and a few other alloys. This gives the plates excellent resistance to corrosive and reducing environments. The Incoloy 800 Plate Supplier remains stable in its austenitic structure even when they are exposed to high temperatures continuously. Alloy Incoloy 800 Hot Rolled Plate is primarily used in temperatures of 1100 degrees F and has good creep rupture properties.

The Incoloy 800 sheet can be recognized based on its thickness. Generally, a sheet is designed in thickness between 0.5mm to 6mm. The Inconel 800 Sheet has a chemical content of nickel, iron, and chromium that have a stable austenitic structure. You can also identify the ASTM B409 UNS N08800 Sheet based on its physical and mechanical properties.
The Incoloy Alloy 800 sheet is predominantly designed with nickel, iron, and chromium content. The Inconel 800 alloy has nickel and chromium content with 50% nickel content. The Inconel 800 Plate works well in high pressure and temperature conditions. The Incoloy alloys have higher ferrous content and work well in less demanding elevated temperatures. The Incoloy 800 grade is easy to fabricate and machine as compared to the Inconel grade. Also, the Incoloy Alloy 800 Shim Sheet is cheaper than the Inconel 800 grade.
The Inconel 800 grade is subjected to heat treatment to give the plate enhanced strength. The BS 3072NA15 Chequered Plate can be hot or cold worked giving it suitable characteristics. The plates can be annealed soon after the cold working process. A DIN 17460 Foil can be annealed at temperatures of 982 degrees C for 15 mins, followed by air cooling.
